A Long-Time Space Mantis Lost Vinyl
The Lost Mantis Vinyl is firstly a collection of several original fractals that I've created over the years and never released, for a reason or another, and which I have decided to release publicaly. I'll add more on a regular basis.
These artworks are not all esthetic in nature, but may often carry a high level of symbolism and meanings.
You will find here fractals created over 20 years long period, using several fractal softwares.

Description
Another fractal created following this tutorial:
Only this time I skipped the steps to make multiple flowers, and instead focused on just the one. Plus I added my own spin with julia3D, swirl, curlz3D, and others. Plus the crackle effect, which I think suits it quite nicely.
Aside from being a ripple effect, I can also see a fairy dancing in the center (perhaps causing the ripple effect?) What do you see? C:
Only editing done to it outside of Apophysis 7x.15D was adding my watermark to the bottom.

Fantastic image! The colors are vivid and compliment each other beautifully. To me it looks both cold and mechanical, yet flowing and organic at the same time. As soon as I finish typing this I'm going to have to google Apophysis, and see if it's available for a Mac.
It's a shame that the link to the tutorial is broken, I would have loved to see how this was done.
Looking forward to checking out the rest of your gallery!
