This is Hadoken, Steve's new kitten that I got him for his 30th birthday. Kittens are a bitch to photograph, so this was the best one I managed to get. And as soon as we put the camera and light kit away... the little shit calmed down and decided he wanted to be cuddly. Little shit. <3 Also, the tail is cropped funny because I screwed up trying to get a good photo. I am aware of it, and I'm going to do more photos as soon as I'm able. I just wanted at least one of him though because he's such a cutey. x]

Lights? Get a flash, or use your built-in flash, and that way your ready pretty much all the time. I mean, sure, you might have to pump up to ISO200 or 400 but the noise level at those sensitivities is fairly low.

Your lights probably spooked the poor thing :3 I love his pose & expression!
:iconsaknika:
Nope, flash and ISO 250=Horrible noise. I was really disappointed in the Nikon for that one. :< And the built in flash BLOWS. I avoid it whenever possible. xP

He wasn't spooked, trust me. He was too busy being a turd and trying to attack Gizmo's tail, my braid, my camera strap, and Steve. xD;

Fireball? From Street Fighter?
:iconsaknika:
Kind of. It's actually a legendary chi attack that may or may not be real. Hadoken literaly means a ball of energy. Which, the kitten is. xD
